Career Development and Calling

Planning your career is about discovering how you can use your gifts to serve others, live out your calling, and make a positive impact in your community and workplace.

We're here to serve Bethel students and alumni in their career development. Take a look at how we can support you—from exploring strategies for a successful job search to holding practice interviews to offering career assessments.

One of the best places to start is talking with a career specialist. They'll get you pointed in the right direction. To schedule appointments with a career specialist, use Handshake. See the link below to log in.

Handshake

A self-managed posting site where students, alumni, and employers can connect. This is also how students and alumni can make appointments with a career specialist.

STUDENTS/ALUMNI:

APPOINTMENTS: Students and recent alumni can set up appointments with a career specialist through Handshake. To sign in, use your Bethel login and password and look for the Career Center tab. Alumni who do not have a login can contact us at career-development@bethel.edu for instructions.
