Sodexo is the exclusive on-campus food service provider for Bethel’s St. Paul campus and is staffed and equipped to deliver excellent food and attentive service. Sodexo provides catering services and operates 3 campus dining venues and can accommodate almost all dietary requests. To request service, contact the Sodexo office or go through our office.
Sodexo offers a full catering menu and provides catering service at all St. Paul campus spaces. Clients who plan to serve food at an event held on campus (3900 or Anderson Center) are required to use Sodexo for their catering needs. This policy applies to both internal and external clients. Alcohol is prohibited on campus--no exceptions.
Located in Brushaber Commons, Monson Dining Center is a beautiful service center that overlooks Lake Valentine. Its servery has several format stations, and seating is available on 2 levels. During the school year, walk-up service is available for small groups, and payment is by cash, check, or credit card. For groups of 25 or more, please contact the Sodexo office at least 3 business days in advance. Children 2 and under eat free in Monson Dining Center.
Estimates, Changes, and Cancellations
For an estimate of catering or dining services, please contact Sodexo. A guest count is required to obtain an estimate or place an order. If the guest count changes for an order, it is the client’s responsibility to update Sodexo, or your Event Services Specialist you are working with, at least 5 business days before the event. Clients are charged by guest count or actual number of guests served, whichever is higher. If a dining or catering function needs to be canceled, it is the client’s responsibility to inform Sodexo or your Event Specialist at least 10 business days before the event or the client will be billed for the ordered services.
