Guest Information and Services

For summer guests: If you are on campus in the summer, please also see our additional information for summer guests.


  • In a life-threatening emergency, call 911. Also report the emergency to the Office of Security and Safety at 651.638.6400 so Bethel officers can guide arriving emergency vehicles. Security and Safety can be reached 24 hours a day.
  • Please report non-emergency incidents and any crime or suspected crime on campus as well.
  • Be prepared for severe weather by reviewing our severe weather procedures and other important safety information.

Campus Policies

  • All Bethel campuses are smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free.
  • All food served in a group setting on campus must be provided by Sodexo, Bethel’s foodservice provider.

Guest Services

  • Print Services, level 3 of the Academic Center
  • Post Office, level 1 of Hagstrom Center
  • Campus Store, level 2 of Brushaber Commons
  • ATM, level 2 of Brushaber Commons (outside the Campus Store)
  • University Library, level 3 of Hagstrom Center, and Seminary St. Paul Library, in the Seminary complex
  • Dining services
  • Wireless Internet access is available throughout residence halls and academic buildings. To access wifi from your laptop, select the Bethel-Wifi-Open network or create a temporary guest account once on campus.
  • If you have questions about other services such as disability services or dietary requests, please contact our office.

Parking and Campus Navigation

  • A campus map is available online, all parking and facilities are accessible
  • There is no direct public bus or rail service from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport to campus.
  • Parking is free; however, there are limitations on when and where you can park.
  • For bus drop-off/pick-up instructions or to request to park a bus on campus, please contact our office.
  • To help you navigate the main campus buildings, building acronyms are listed below. Most room numbers start with a building acronym, and the first number indicates level (i.e., BC468 is in Brushaber Commons on level 4).

Local Accommodations and Attractions
