Years at Bethel

Jeff has been at Bethel since August of 2018

Years Working in Food Service

Jeff grew up in a coal mining town in western Pennsylvania in an Italian and French family. Cooking for family and friends since age eight led to a career as an Executive Chef.  Jeff worked his way up through resorts and restaurants as a Sous Chef, moved to Minnesota to work for Marriott as an Executive Chef, and then operated his own corporate dining business for fifteen years before coming to Bethel.

What He Does at Bethel

As the Executive Chef, Jeff creates the menus, oversees all production within the Monson Dining Center and Bethel Catering, and provides leadership support to all of the dining services associates.

In His Free Time

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Chris, and his two children, Alexandra and Evan, at their home in Hudson, WI. Fishing has been a life long passion and he also enjoys tying flies during the long winter months. Jeff and Chris plan and cook for many celebrations and events for family and friends. They also enjoy the chance to work on creative projects together. Traveling for new experiences and food inspiration is also always on his To Do list.

Favorite Food

Sushi and seafood are always a favorite of Jeff's.
