Royal Grounds

Royal Grounds is our coffee shop located right in the heart of our student center. We serve freshly brewed Caribou Coffee, our own specialty coffee drinks, NRgize smoothies, and freshly squeezed juices. We also have many ready to go sandwiches, salads and baked goods for a quick meal or in between snack. In addition, we serve hot breakfast sandwiches in the mornings and hot sub sandwiches in the evenings.

Because Royal Grounds is open for most of the day—even late at night—it's the perfect place to take a study break whenever you might need one.

 

Mobile Ordering

Visit the OrderAhead App to place your order before you head over and skip the line. Remember, all mobile orders must use Flex or Dine Dollars for payment. If you would like to make a purchase with your credit card, we would love to serve you in person at Royal Grounds.

What We Serve

Caribou Coffee

We proudly serve Caribou Coffee teas and coffee as well as our own in-house specialty coffee drinks. Try a mocha or a latte to warm up or a coffee or chai tea blended drink if you need to cool down. For the less caffeinated souls, there are also herbal teas, hot cocoa, and hot apple cider.

NRgize

Want to pretend you are back on summer break? Try a fruit smoothie from our NRgize line. We also serve iced fruit chillers, and freshly squeezed juices.

Simply to Go

If you're looking for a quick meal, grab a Simply to Go menu item! These ready to go items include sandwiches, wraps, salads, and a variety of snacks.

Bakery Items

Every morning we load our bakery displays with pastries and baked goods made from scratch each day by our bakery team. We have fresh Bruegger's bagels, scones, muffins, and specialty bars as well as cakes and desserts. 

Late Night Items

Most of our items at Royal Grounds are available all day, but a few items are only available after the Monson Dining Center closes for the night. Freschetta Pizzas and hot sub sandwiches are both available starting after 7 p.m. to help with those nighttime munchies.
