The Department of Business & Economics invites undergraduate students from all majors (including undecided) to join us for a special breakfast event exploring our influence as women and how to give and receive the gift of feedback.
Feedback is a Gift
Why is receiving feedback so hard?
How do I know what to accept and what to reject?
How do I give valuable feedback to others?
These are just a few questions about feedback we will examine during this session. Learning about how to manage feedback effectively creates opportunities for learning and growth.
Join us as we explore what women need to know about giving and receiving feedback effectively based on the book, Thanks for the Feedback by Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen. This session will be a productive time of learning through watching feedback expert Sheila Heen's Global Leadership Summit talk, and then participating in table discussions.
