Please join us to hear Jesus Ramirez discuss what it means to be Latinx in America. He will share from his own experience and as well as provide context for terms like Chicano, Hispanic, etc. Let's dig deeper in conversation about our culture and who we are.

About Our Speaker
Jesus Ramirez was born in east Los Angeles and moved to Minnesota when he was 20. He works in education as a pedagogy coach and equity specialist focusing on critical race theory and culturally responsive pedagogy. Jesus's passion is cultural identity and the intersection of education and race. He's been a leader in this field for 10 years and facilitates conversations on this topic throughout the country.
