Event Description

Winter Thaw is an overnight retreat for high schools students grades 9-12 that will warm up your soul with ice-breakers, small-group discussions, and fun. This retreat is designed for high school students (grades 9-12) who are interested in being truth-seekers and world-changers.

Using our theme of Media & Faith students will have a chance to shoot and edit a 1-2 minute film, all from scratch, with just 24 hours to do so! Each team will be supported by a Bethel University student, so no experience is required and all equipment will be provided. This event will be a BLAST . . . so even if you know nothing at all about film making it's a great chance to learn more about it, meet new people, and have a great time!
