Event Description

Students: If you're looking for a church home, don't miss this fair! You'll be able to connect with representatives from local churches, ask questions, and get information. This is the perfect opportunity to find just the right church community where you can grow in your faith.

The following details are for church participants. Register today!

8:30-9:15 a.m. | Check-In and Set-Up | Brushaber Commons Atrium (Level 2 by Admissions Guest Center)
9:15-10 a.m. | Orientation for Church Representatives  | The Underground (BC Level 2 by Campus Store)
10:15 a.m.-12 p.m. | Fair | Brushaber Commons Atrium

Bethel will provide each registered church with:

  • A 6-ft table for display and informational materials
  • Two tickets for lunch in Monson Dining Center (open until 2 p.m.)
  • We will NOT provide any electric hookup. Plan on your laptop battery if you bring a laptop. No large electronics.

Each registered church should bring:

  • A tablecloth or covering for a 6-ft table.
  • Information for students, such as maps to church, service times, transportation, service opportunities, small-group opportunities, etc.
  • Something to attract students, such as candy or a game with prizes. Do NOT bring homemade food or food to prepare on campus.
  • Optional: Up to 6 posters about your church that Bethel will post in designated places around campus (11x17" max).

Arrival Instructions

  • Review a campus map to get familiar with campus locations.
  • Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to unload, park, and set up your table. 
  • Unload at Kresge Courtyard (between Nelson Hall and Wellness Center). Students will help you move your items to your assigned table. Rain plan: Unload at the Lundquist Community Life Center (CLC) circle turnaround by Benson Great Hall.
  • Once you've unloaded, park in East, Heritage, or West Lots--or at our Anderson Center campus. Parking is limited, so carpooling is best.
  • About Anderson Center parking: This campus is at 2 Pine Tree Dr in Arden Hills. Park to the left as you enter the lot (State Fair parking is to the right). A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Anderson's main entrance and the Lundquist Community Life Center (CLC).
  • Go to the check-in table in the Brushaber Commons Atrium to get your table assignment, drop off any posters, and get departure logistics.
  • Attend the orientation at 9:15 in the Underground.

  • If you'd like your church to be listed in Bethel's church directory, please submit this directory form.
  • If you want Bethel to hang posters on campus to promote your church for a limited time, submit this poster form and bring your posters (up to 6) to the fair.
