Event Description

For the safety and wellbeing of our students, employees, and guests, Bethel has decided to cancel this event given the rising number of COVID-19 cases nationwide.

Congratulations on your acceptance to Bethel!

Admitted student events are for students who are accepted to Bethel and their parents or guardians. Whether you have decided on Bethel as your school of choice, or are still narrowing down the college decision, this event is for you! You will be able to experience life as a Bethel student and spend the night in a residence hall. The best part is that you will have the opportunity to meet your future classmates and begin your transition into the Bethel Royal family.

The event schedule for the 2019-2020 overnight events is in the process of being finalized. We invite parents and guardians to attend both Sunday and Monday, as there will be relevant content both days. The events are currently set to begin with check-in at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening and conclude by 4:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon. We will provide an updated schedule soon.

The Details

What to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, comfortable shoes and active wear to participate in group games, and money for snacks or shopping at the Campus Store or the on-campus coffee shop, Royal Grounds.

Arrival: Check-in is between 6:00-6:30 pm. on Sunday.

Conclusion: The event will conclude on Monday afternoon. The exact time will depend on your schedule and any additonal appointment you may have.
