Event Description

COVID-19 is changing the organizational landscape and impacting all areas of the supply chain. From the immediate challenges to emerging trends, the supply chain is being reshaped – how resilient will it be in a pandemic world? How will this shape the future of healthcare as well as other types of organizations? And how will the great resignation influence the supply of global talent? Join potential and current MBA students and alumni, along with your MBA Program Director, Dr. Jeanine Parolini, to discuss this current global issue as we interact with Eric Green, President and CEO of West Pharmaceutical Services. Learn how this S&P 500 company is leading the way and supporting its healthcare customers.

Eric Green has served as West’s president and chief executive officer since April 2015. As CEO, Eric leads over 10,000 team members focused on the mission to contain and deliver injectable therapies that improve patients’ lives. Prior to joining West, Eric served as Executive Vice President and President for the Research Markets business unit for Sigma-Aldrich Corporation, where he gained extensive international experience, serving in a number of regional, commercial, and operational leadership roles over his more than 20-year career there. Eric earned his Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Bethel University. Eric also serves as a member of Bethel University’s Board of Trustees.

This complimentary, one-hour webinar is on Thursday, February 24, at 11 a.m. CST. Invite your colleagues and friends, too.
