Event Description
- Open only to students and alumni from participating Minnesota colleges and universities, this event is one of the most effective ways to find teaching jobs in Minnesota.
- The event is also open to non-teaching candidates who are interested in working in the K-12 system, including guidance counselors, social workers, nurses, and principals.
- The event offers candidates the opportunity to attend district information sessions, stop by and talk with recruiters face-to-face at their table, and conduct interviews with multiple districts in one location.

- 9 a.m. | How to Secure a Teaching Position (Pre-fair Workshop)
- 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Interviews with School Districts
- 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. | Networking with School Districts (Exhibit Booths)
- 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. | District Presentations
- More information about the fair can be located on the Minnesota Education Job Fair website, including a regularly updated list of schools districts attending. It is highly recommended that you upload your resume on the website to schedule interviews in advance, as well as bring multiple copies to the event.
- There is no cost to attend the event. However, teaching candidates must be licensed by December 2023. If you plan to attend the event, please register via Handshake to help the organizers prepare a meaningful experience for you.
