Event Description
Local youth pastors, youth workers and youth ministry volunteers are invited to Bethel University for a free "mini-conference" to hear Pastor Andy Needham at chapel, followed by lunch and conversation with Andy and fellow youth pastors and volunteers.
Andy has spent the past two decades serving in ministry roles from church leadership, to touring as a worship artist, to launching and leading conferences. Andy loves connecting with ministry leaders, hearing their stories and celebrating what God is doing through their work.
The focus of our mini-conference lunch conversation will be "Partnership to Avoid Burnout in Ministry." Andy says, "Make no mistake: the local church continues to be God's plan A to change the world. But what wise leaders understand is that the autonomy of our polity is not an excuse for walking alone as a pastor and church."
