Office & Departmental Space Requests

We have forms to help you if you’re looking for an office setup for a new or existing employee, or if your department needs a change in either space or furnishings.  

Space Request Forms

    Office Setup Request  -  to setup an office for a new or existing employee

    Departmental Space Request  -  to change a departmental space (i.e. - layout or furnishings)

The requests will be reviewed by the appropriate team from Facilities Management as well as our Space Committee, and then we’ll follow up with you for any clarifications.  

If the request is approved, we’ll work with you to set up a space for your employee or to identify and design a space for your department to meet your needs.
