Beginning October 2016, all staff employees have the opportunity to connect to the Strengths-based Culture Initiative. If you’ve never taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, you now have the opportunity to take the assessment. In November and December, we’ll facilitate Strengths Discovery sessions for those new to Strengths, and for those who have taken the assessment before, but have not previously had intentional conversations and time with a coach. So whether you are new to Strengths or have deep exposure to Strengths, we want all staff employees to register their Strengths and for applicable activities. Please go to the Strengths Registration to become part of the journey.
