Founded in 1871 and affiliated with Converge (formerly the Baptist General Conference), Bethel enrolls more than 4,700 students across undergraduate, adult undergraduate, graduate, and seminary programs, offered on campus and online in more than 100 areas of study. Bethel University in Minnesota is a separate institution from Bethel University (Indiana), Bethel University (Tennessee), and Bethel College (Kansas).
