Adobe Connect Reservation Form

An Adobe Connect training session is required for all first time Adobe Connect users. Email ed-tech@bethel.edu to schedule your session.

  • Use this form to reserve your Adobe Connect Meeting room
  • 48 hour advance reservations are required
  • First come first served

For course related uses the link to the Adobe Connect meeting room will be placed in your Moodle course site. The URL will also be emailed to you with confirmation of your reservation. For those using Adobe Connect for a non-course related meeting, you will need to provide your meeting participants with the URL yourself. If you have any questions please contact ed-tech@bethel.edu.

Bethel University's Adobe Connect options:

  • Host led meetings: These are web-conference meetings in which there is a single host who is responsible for the directing the meeting. Most course related uses of Adobe Connect take this form.
  • Bethel Connect Collaboration room: This is a web-conferencing option for groups of five or less. Use is on a first come basis and reservations are not accepted, although advanced registration for the room is required. It is great for impromptu small group work or meetings (as long as participants are pre-registered). Another valuable use is in courses that have required Host led Adobe Connect sessions. The Bethel Connect Collaboration room can be made available to students so that they can familiarize themselves with the technology in advance.

Bethel University's Adobe Connect Licensing Requirements:

Because of Adobe Connect's new licensing policies, each user will be given one Adobe Connect meeting room per year. You may use this Adobe Connect room as many times as you want, in as many classes as you need, or for Bethel related educational purposes, until December 31, 2014. After December 31, 2014, you will need to fill out a new Adobe Connect Reservation Request if you are still in need of the room.
