As a follow-up to the email I sent last week regarding our budget situation, there will be a Community Gathering on February 6 from 11:15 a.m.–noon (CT) in the Underground on the St. Paul campus. For those in San Diego or for those who are unable to attend in person, the event will be streamed online and recorded for you to watch later.
At this gathering, Cabinet members will provide additional context for the current budget situation and give an update on what we have done so far to address our anticipated shortfall for next year (FY19), as well as the planning process for longer-term solutions. We also will take time to answer your questions.
We wanted to provide an opportunity to submit questions in advance of the meeting through the anonymous online form. Members of the Bethel Care Committee will review the questions and select questions for Cabinet to answer based on frequent themes and topics.
I hope you are able to join us in person or online on February 6.
