Bethel’s leadership seeks to establish a strong culture of planning at the university with the intent of advancing our mission in a rapidly changing environment.
The strategic plan, which will guide the university over the next 5 years, is integral to that effort. The plan helps to clarify priorities for investing resources, including time, energy, and money. It will also be used to guide and direct our operational planning throughout the university.
The goal of the Strategic Plan Stewardship Committee is to ensure follow-through on all 38 strategic initiatives.
The team meets monthly to review progress, understand new developments that could alter the accomplishment of an initiative, and make any recommended next steps to the president. The committee is comprised of faculty and staff representatives from across the university.
