Home state

I spent my K-12 years in Iowa, college in South Dakota and have called Minnesota home since 2007.

My favorite things about Bethel University

Bethel excels in holistic integration more than anywhere I have ever experienced. I love the fact that Bethel recognizes that our intellectual, communal, physical, and spiritual selves need to be developed, uplifted, and integrated into our overall sense of self. The best part of this integrative approach is that Bethel ensures that you are going through this integrative growth process surrounded by students, staff, and faculty that are there with you every step of the way.

My favorite thing about the Twin Cities and life

I grew up in a small town of 30,000. When I first came to the Twin Cities in 2007, I knew instantly that I was a big city guy. I love the variety of restaurants, theater, art and music that one can find here in the Twin Cities, but even more than all of those things I love the diversity of people that one can experience here! All people are unique and loved by God, and I thoroughly enjoy hearing each of their stories and adding their unique slice of life to my own developing lens of the world.

My favorite things about being a Student Success Manager

I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and being a part of helping them write the next chapter. Being a Student Success Manager gives me the privilege of doing all of these things.

Before working at Bethel

I worked in the church setting as a youth and young adult counselor and minister.
