Scheduling Timeline 


8: EMS will be open for 2021-2022 by office of the Registrar for Department Chairs. EMS CPI can be found at: MyBethel > Tools and Resources > Room & Resource Scheduling (EMS) > EMS CPI - Academic Planning (left navigation).


4: EMS closes to department chairs. Additional schedules changes must be submitted through the Google form linked below:


12:  Registrar's Office sends course schedule proof to department chairs.

26: Registrar's Office sends students final copy of schedule.

October (end of the scheduling process for the upcoming year):

4: Registrar's Office sends course draft schedule to department chairs. Any changes to the draft schedule can be submitted using the following:

9: Edits from Department Chairs to draft schedule due back to Academic Affairs

10: Enrollment capacity changes due back to Academic Affairs 

11: Registrar's Office sends course schedule proof to faculty 

21: Registrar Office's sends students final copy of schedule
