Act Six is a full-tuition, full-need leadership and scholarship program that prepares and empowers emerging urban leaders to make a difference on their campus and in their communities. 

Full scholarships. Act Six is the only urban leadership award that offers full scholarships. Finances should be the last thing standing between promising young leaders and the skills they need to thrive.

Leadership development. You'll prepare to lead significant positive change in your community through ongoing mentoring and leadership development opportunities.

Preparation for success. Take advantage of everything Bethel's amazing learning community has to offer, including countless advisors, coaches, and faculty members whose main goal is to see you succeed.

 

Preparing Young Leaders to Serve Their Communities

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity, we've partnered with a local faith-based community affiliate Urban Ventures to recruit top-quality students and support the Act Six program at Bethel. Inspired by the sixth chapter in the book of Acts, the Act Six program is designed to develop a diverse network of local leaders who are committed to building vibrant communities where everyone thrives. Act Six Scholars will engage in long-term mentoring and leadership development opportunities throughout their time at Bethel, under the care of the Intercultural Student Programs and Services team.
