Lani Moua

Associate Dean for Intercultural Programs

My Role At Bethel

I provide leadership and oversight on initiatives, programs, and services primarily supporting students of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I do this through building relationships, leadership development, providing educational opportunities, and serving as a resource for student success. I also seek to provide and facilitate appropriate resources and dialogue for the entire student body around topics of identity within the scope of kingdom diversity and inclusion.

Why You'd Contact Me

I love to help students explore both the role and impact of their identity as it relates to race, culture, and ethnicity. If you want to be involved or learn more about any of the programs/services I oversee, please feel free to reach out.

Reasons I Love My Job

I love my job because I get to walk alongside students and embrace diversity rooted in faith during such a transformative time of their lives. My role allows me to connect students to campus support and resources to ensure they are thriving personally, socially, academically, and spiritually. I have the opportunity to advocate and empower students to authentically live out who God has created them to be, contribute to the Bethel community, and work towards biblical unity.
