Identify Your Leadership Strengths

We start at the beginning: self-awareness. Through leadership identification, integration, and influence, you can answer these questions and more:

• What are your unique strengths and how can you capitalize on those as you work with others?
• What are your growth areas?
• How can you produce positive change both in your personal life but also in a classroom, church, business meeting, operating room?

Develop as a Leader

After learning more about yourself as a leader, you can jump in and put your leadership into action.

• Leadership Experience Kickoff
• The 25: The 25 is a four-year cohort program designed to empower female students of all majors and interests to use their strengths, passions, and skills to “go beyond.” 

These experiences are perfect examples to use when future employers, and perhaps even graduate schools, ask to hear more about your capabilities.

Check out the Opportunity Fair held right after Welcome Week each fall—clubs, programs, and organizations will let you know how you can plug in. Pick one you're passionate about and lead!

Engage in Service

Part of leading well is serving others well, which is why we provide lots of opportunities for you to serve and care for others through Christian Formation and Church Relations:
