My Role at Bethel

I provide leadership and support to the upperclass residence halls at Bethel by working closely with the resident directors and coordinating leadership development training for our resident assistants.

Best Thing About My Job

I love being able to serve students through my position.  Much of my work indirectly affects students, but I get to be a part of an office that helps guide, shape, and develop our students as they discover what it means to be a whole person.

Number One Reason to Live on Campus

Residence Life fulfills its mission as co-educators by supporting the university's themes of faith and learning, as well as community engagement. Students in residence get a once in a lifetime opportunity to practice life together in a community that is designed to challenge and support their growth. Our goal is to catalyze head and heart knowledge as students experience life change.
