Jenn Hillier

Assistant Dean for Residence Life

B.A. Communication Studies, Taylor University; M.A. Counseling Psychology, Ball State University; MBA, Bethel University

My Role at Bethel

I provide leadership and support to the 4 first-year residence halls. I work closely with the resident directors, organize training for our professional staff, work with our resident assistants, and follow up on student concerns.

Best Thing About My Job

Knowing students! I love working with students and having the privilege to walk alongside them as they grow and learn more about who God has created them to be.

Number One Reason to Live on Campus

College is great, but parts of it can be hard. In the residence halls you’ll find a community of people who share your experience and care about you. Some of the best conversations, laughs, and moments of learning I had during college happened in my residence hall.

Favorite Bethel Tradition

Residence hall talent shows. Students are so supportive, creative, and funny!
