  • Fall athletes
  • Student employees (you will be notified by the Financial Aid Officie)
  • Transfer students
  • Students in BUILD

If you're arriving by plane, train, or bus and need a ride to Bethel, please let us know.

Fall Athletes

If you're participating in an NCAA fall sport, practice will begin before school starts. You'll receive arrival details and a team schedule from your coach. Follow these arrival steps: 

  1. Find your move-in day.

    Fall athletic teams move in on different days. Find your arrival day and review the details in your coach's emails. 

  2. Enter through the west entrance and follow your coach's check-in instructions.

  3. Follow your schedule.

    Follow the team schedule provided by your coach. Starting Thursday afternoon, August 24, follow the main Welcome Week schedule.

All Other Early Arrivals

If you're a student with a campus job, an incoming transfer student, a first-year student in BUILD, or a new student in The 25, you will receive an email confirmation about arriving on August 23. Follow these arrival steps:

  1. If you're in campus housing, find your move-in time on August 23.

    Your move-in time is the time you should arrive on campus. It is based on your residence hall and floor:

    Nelson 3rd floor: 9-9:30 a.m.
    Nelson 2nd floor: 9:30-10 a.m.
    Nelson 1st floor: 10-10:30 a.m.

    Bodien, Edgren, or Getsch 4th floor: 11-11:30 a.m.
    Bodien, Edgren, or Getsch 3rd floor: 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
    Bodien, Edgren, or Getsch 2nd floor: 12-12:30 p.m.
    Bodien, Edgren, or Getsch 1st floor: 11-11:30 a.m.

    Lissner, Heritage, Arden Village, North Village: 9-9:30 a.m.

  2. Enter through the west entrance.

    If you are a commuter student, you will be directed to park. 

    If you are in campus housing, please arrive at your move-in time. You will be directed to a move-in line. Sometimes the line moves quickly, but if you have to wait for a few minutes, enjoy the lively move-in atmosphere! If you are arriving in multiple vehicles, please enter campus together. When you reach your residence hall, an enthusiastic student team will help you quickly unload your things. Please have your belongings labeled with your name and room number, and tell us what stays in the vehicle. One person needs to stay with the vehicle to park it while you get checked into your room.

  3. Follow your schedule.

    Follow your group's early-arrival schedule. Starting Thursday afternoon, August 24, follow the main Welcome Week schedule.
