We hope you’ll join us for one of our Summer Send-Offs (June 28 in Rochester, Minnesota; July 26 in Willmar, Minnesota; July 27 in Colorado; or August 2 in Iowa) and our Pre-Welcome Week Family Sessions (August 7 and 14).  

Wednesday, August 23—Early Arrival Day

10 a.m.-4 p.m.	Info Central Atrium—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 2
11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.	Lunch: Available for purchase or off campus  Monson Dining Center—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 3
2-2:45 p.m.	Family Session: Belong and Become The Underground—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 2
3-4 p.m.	Family Social: Join on the patio for a sweet treat and a chance to relax while connecting with other parents/families!              Valentine Patio (near Lake Valentine)
4-4:45 p.m.	Campus Tour                                                        Lobby—Community Life Center (CLC) Level 1
5-7 p.m.	Dinner: Available for purchase or off campus  Monson Dining Center—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 3

1-4 p.m.	Free Time: Make a shopping run or, help your student get settled into housing. Here are other things to take care of in your free time.

4:15-6:30 p.m.	Lakeside Picnic: Stop by anytime to enjoy several food stations. Students are covered under their meal plan and family members eat free. Community Life Center (CLC) Lawn
6:30-7:30 p.m.	Kickoff Celebration: Your official welcome to Bethel! Arrive 15 minutes early to get a good seat. After the Kickoff Celebration, parents and family members can conclude the day's activities by grabbing a frozen treat in the CLC Circle or Valentine Patio.  Benson Great Hall—Community Life Center (CLC) Level 1
