There are a few things you can be doing to prepare for your transition to Bethel. As always, if you have questions, please let us know.

  1. Complete your enrollment

Admissions gave you a list of important next steps to take, including your housing application and class registration. Make sure you complete all items on your enrollment checklist as soon as possible.

  2. Finish academic steps

Be sure to finish language and math placement exams, request transcripts, and buy your books so you're ready to start the year at Bethel.

  3. Pack and label

If you're living on campus, your room will have a closet, bed, dresser, desk, and chair. What are you responsible for? Here's a list from our residence life staff, or check out this list (pdf) from a student's perspective. (These lists also tell you what not to bring: Two-prong extension cords, for example, are not allowed!)

As you pack, please label every box or item with your name and room number.

  4. Review Winter Welcome details

Check out your Winter Welcome schedule so you know exactly what to expect and when to come to campus.

Parents and families, we want to welcome you to the Bethel family as well! We would love for you to join us on February 1 as you are able. Beyond Winter Welcome, the Office of Alumni and Family Relations is here to support you whenever you have a question.
