Thriving employees build thriving organizations.
Bethel wants all employees to thrive in the workplace. However, life during a global pandemic feels more like surviving than thriving sometimes.
In order to provide moments of stability, the Center for Wellbeing will continue to offer empoyees familiar experiences like The Observatory, Socratic Studies, the W.E.L.L. Event, and 21 Days challenges.
Additionally, the Center will do more behind-the-scenes work, evaluating and addressing some macro-level systemic stressors that make thriving at work hard. A priority for the Center will be to invest in employee culture development. Watch for ways to offer your input and stay tuned for both subtle and explicit shifts to roll out over the year to come.
