If you would like to give electric access to a parent, spouse, or other person to view and pay your bill, you will need to authorize him or her as a user. Once you have followed the above steps to access your account, click on "Authorized Users" and follow the instructions. After you have authorized another user for your account, he or she will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Full Payment: Payment of fall semester charges is due on the day classes begin. Payment for spring semester charges is due on January 15th. These charges include, but not limited to, tuition, room, board(meals), Bethel Student Association fee, and course fees (if applicable).
Semester Payment Plan: Bethel offers a semester payment plan option. Enrollment in the semester payment plan is elected on a semester-by-semester basis. This payment plan option is offered ONLY to College of Arts & Sciences students. For details: Payment Plan
Tuition Certificate Program: Tuition Certificates are available by contacting the Business Office. The certificates are purchased at the Current Annual Full-Time Tuition Rate and are redeemable for payment of tuition only. The Current Annual Full-Time Rate will be in effect through February 1. Tuition Certificates purchased after February 1 will be priced at the Current Annual Full-Time Rate for the following school year.
Tuition Certificates are redeemable toward tuition up to seven years from the Tuition Certificate Purchase date. If Tuition Certificates are not redeemed for tuition, the original purchase price of the Tuition Certificate will be refunded anytime up to eight years from the purchase date.
