What She Does at Bethel
Amanda oversees 3900 Grill and Royal Grounds, which includes providing leadership for both areas, working with a team of chefs and other associates to decide the menus and seasonal specials, making sure that we have enough food in the building, and generally helps wherever needed. She also assists the other managers with technology and other daily needs. She is also the keeper of much useful knowledge albeit sometimes random until suddenly she has the answer to a problem.
