National Prayer Initiative Sponsors Second Prayer Walk

Rainy and cool weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of students and staff who
gathered on Friday, October 21, for the second campus prayer walk. Attendees strolled around the Bethel University campus, stopping at various locating to pray: residence halls, the seminary, classrooms, and administrative offices. President Brushaber opened the gathering with prayer.

“This was awesome, we’ve got to do it again,” was one person’s response. A group of three students were praying in front of Lissner Residence Hall when a fourth student walked over to join them. He joined them in prayer and then said: “This is what I needed today.”

Because prayer is powerful, it is a both a privilege and a responsibility to pray for Bethel University.
