Thomas Lynch

Poet, essayist, and undertaker Thomas Lynch writes frequently for the New York Times and many other major publications. He has appeared on C-SPAN, MSNBC, and the Today Show.


Tony Carnes

Tony Carnes is a senior writer for Christianity Today who has covered everything from politics to crime to technology. He is currently working on a film project that documents religion in New York City.


Chris Tompkins

Bethel alumnus Chris Tompkins is a business and multimedia journalist who has worked with CNN, Time magazine, and Frontline. He teaches at the Knight Digital Media Center at the University of California in Berkeley.


Rohan Preston

Rohan Preston is a theatre critic for the Minneapolis Star Tribune and winner of a 2009 Minnesota Emmy award for his documentary on the response of leading local African Americans to the presidential election.


Romantica

Romantica singer/songwriter Ben Kyle, a Bethel University alum, describes the band’s sound as “Irish Americana pop.” Their 2007 release “America” made Paste magazine’s “Top 100 Albums of 2007,” and the Minneapolis Star Tribune named it one of the “10 best local albums of 2007.”
