Stay ahead of the curve by majoring in Organizational Leadership at Bethel University’s College of Adult & Professional Studies. The Organizational Leadership program gives you the skills you need to lead your organization successfully and ethically. The program’s broad, multidisciplinary approach makes it applicable to any nonprofit, for profit, or ministry organization.

Learn trends and forces impacting organizations in the future so you can lead with integrity and skill. Study principles of leadership. Hone skills in managing others. Explore the ways that technology has transformed the role of leaders in the marketplace.

Organizational Leadership cohorts are forming in St. Paul, Maple Grove, and on the Bethel campus with face-to-face sessions.

Organizational Leadership in St. Cloud beginning fall 2008:

  • Cohorts will meet on Saturdays at the Anderson Entrepreneurial Center, 616 Roosevelt Road, Suite 100, St. Cloud. St. Cloud Information Sessions
  • Cohorts will meet face-to-face the first and last session of each course and complete the rest of the course online (St. Cloud only).
