Monson Dining Center

The Monson Dining Center offers a wide variety of freshly prepared food created by our professional chefs and bakers.

Pizzas made from scratch and cooked in a stone pizza oven, pastas and deli sandwiches made to order, fresh hearty soups, and an array of desserts all tempt the palate. We hope you enjoy your dining experience.

Stations and menu selection will vary according to menu rotation and time of year.

Midday in Monson Dining Center

On weekdays Monson Dining Center serves lunch for three hours, featuring seven buffet and made-to-order stations.  When this extended lunch ends, many of our stations close for the afternoon. However, on weekdays the Monson Dining Center remains open for a midday meal; this means that students with tight afternoon schedules can still have lunch in the Dining Center. A different entrée station stays open for this meal each day, as do the Ensaladas (salad bar) and Indulgences (dessert) areas.

Since midday takes place during a part of the afternoon which is not traditionally a mealtime, the Dining Center is much calmer than at lunch or dinner. Some students choose to eat during midday for its relaxed atmosphere – they don’t have to wait in lines, and the seating area is quieter for those who want to study or have a conversation with friends.
