Amelia has worked in a Pediatric intensive care unit for 5 years. She loves working with the pediatric population as well as their families. She has also done quite a bit of precepting of nursing students as well as new graduate nurses and found that she really loves teaching and sharing knowledge and experiences about the pediatric population of patients.

Hobbies and Interests
Amelia loves being outdoors, hiking, biking, walking, and skiing (water and downhill in winter). She also thoroughly enjoys gardening. She is also a huge fan of hockey! She also loves teaching nursing students as well as new graduate nurses and specifically teaching them about the pediatric population.
