She has been an instructor of nursing at Bethel for five years, teaching primarily obstetric content in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

Biography

Brooke is a practicing, full-scope Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse-Midwife with experience in women's healthcare, low- and high-risk obstetrics, and out of hospital, freestanding birth center care. Her clinical interests include family planning, infertility, adolescent health, integrative medicine, and preventative health. She values lifelong learning, embracing diversity, empowering clients and their support systems, and is passionate about the midwifery approach to care. As a nursing instructor, Brooke brings her expertise in these areas to the classroom and encourages students to apply obstetric and gynecologic principles to the many other areas of nursing.
