Biography

In his 25 years at one of the world’s most innovative companies, Minnesota’s own 3M, Dierberger led multi-million dollar sales initiatives, successfully started 5 new businesses, and implemented product launches ranging from high-tech laser pointers to government-regulated products. He was the first sales and marketing person ever nominated for 3M’s Innovator Award. George has taught business courses at Augsburg University and directed the MBA program at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
