Elizabeth comes to us from Allina Health Cancer Institute located at WestHealth in Plymouth, where she serves as Manager of Oncology, Infusion, and the Breast Program. She brings with her a wealth of experience in healthcare leadership, a passion for people-centered care, and a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and growth. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Elizabeth is a vibrant and inspiring individual. She cherishes her beautiful family, which includes her parents, siblings and their spouses, married children, and many grandchildren who bring love and joy to her life. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Elizabeth enjoys biking, cross-country skiing, hiking, and gardening. She also finds joy in preparing fresh, healthy meals and baking sourdough bread—activities that allow her to express creativity and promote well-being. Having grown up in Germany, Elizabeth developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and continues to travel both internationally and domestically. Her life experiences have shaped a worldview grounded in gratitude and curiosity. Elizabeth lives by the values of integrity, trust, humility, and belonging, and she’s driven by a mission to “be the spark to light an individual’s inner fire for impact and purpose, and to inspire their unique climb of heights. Biography

Elizabeth began as a student at Bethel Univesitry in 2003 to complete her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree. Shorty after obtained a Master's in Organizational Leadership. Hence, she experinced multiple opportunities to advance in leadership roles within the acute care setting:

  • Administrative Hospital Supervisor
  • Assistant Manger to medical/surgial
  • Assistant Manager to out-patient infusion, endoscopy, and local procedures
  • Magnet writing
  • Education to Physicans in the primary clinics setting
  • Projects related to reduction of non-rembursable admissions and reducing readmissions to medical/surgical service line
  • Adjunct instructor of LPN students
  • Quality and Utilization Review
  • Straqtegic vision and expansion of Oncology service-line in the SW metro area
  • Manager of Oncology, wound, Dietition, and Specialty services

Most recently she obtained a Master's in Business Administration with a Healthcare focus.
