Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily within the hospital setting. First as a nursing assistant, then a 2-year RN, obtained her BSN and Organizational Leadership Master's at Bethel University, and finally near completion of an MBA. She is the Manager of Oncology, Infusion, Wound, Dietitian, and Specialty Clinics at St. Francis Regional Medical Center. This consists of: overseeing day to day operations, patient throughput, accreditation standards, staffing grids, business and strategy decisions, along with performance and accountability to the Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer. She leads with the core values: integrity, trust, and humility with the mission to nurture, elevate, inspire, love, mentor, and call forth to greatness every unique individual’s purpose.

Biography

Elizabeth began as a student at Bethel Univesitry in 2003 to complete her bachelor's of science in nursing 4 year degree. Shorty after completion she returned to obtain her Master's in Organizational Leadership. This created opportunity to advance from primary care nursing  to leadership. Her leadership experince in the acute care setting in variety roles:

  • Administrative Hospital Supervisor
  • Assistant Manger to medical/surgial
  • Assistant Manager to out-patient infusion, endoscopy, and local procedures
  • Magnet writing
  • Educator of Physicans in the primary clinics setting
  • Adjunct instructor of LPN students
