Biography

Fleming has extensive experience in leadership consulting, healthcare administration and operations.  She served as a physician group practice and hospital administrator for a large academic medical center. In addition to teaching, Fleming works as a design consultant and facilitator for executive leadership development. She also serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations.
