Biography

A licensed attorney, Paul practices in the area of business/corporate law. He is a founding partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, P.A. His focus is on integrating business and law, and in particular, providing legal advice to small to mid-size companies, professionals and professional firms.He is also President Elect (1022-2023) of the Minnesota State Bar Association with over 14,000 attorney members.
