A licensed attorney, Paul practices in the area of domestic and international business/corporate law. He is a founding partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, P.A. His focuses on integrating business and law, and in particular, providing legal advice to small to mid-size companies, professionals and professional firms.
