Biography
Gus Broman graduated from Bethel University with a Communication degree and minors in Psychology and Bible. Gus has been a PMP (Project Management Professional) for over 20 years and he attained his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Right out of college he worked at Thomson Reuters in various capacities for 12 years before becoming a marketing director and launching the NFL Extra Points credit card loyalty program. After 4 years in marketing, Gus became a Communication Consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management; which means helping large organizations navigate through significant changes such as layoffs, restructuring or implementing new software. Gus is a sought after public speaker at seminars throughout the Midwest.
