Biography
Morgan McDowell is a School Social Worker in the Burnsville Eagan Savage school district. She provides individual and group counseling and support to students and their families related to social, emotional, and behavior needs. Previously Morgan worked as a Mental Health Assessor in Fairview Emergency Departments. She performed clinical assessments, brief psychotherapy, provider consultation, and crisis call support.
