Sara Werner was involved in Youth Ministry for 5 years before receiving her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has been practicing in the counseling field for the past 20 years, specializing in trauma with all ages. Specialties for Sara include Child Directed/Experiential Play Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. Sara also is the founder and first President of the Minnesota Association for Play Therapy.  Sara enjoys public speaking and providing trainings to help equip therapists and future therapists in gaining specific skills in working with children and adults.
