Why do I have a charge on my account from the Campus Store for All Inclusive / Digital Direct?

  • Digital Direct is made available to you through a partnership and collaboration with your faculty member, the publisher, and the Campus Store. This collaboration allows your educational materials to be purchased at the lowest price available.
  • If you, the student, prefer to source your materials on your own, you must opt out of the All Inclusive / Digital Direct product(s) by the 10th day after the semester start. After the 10th day of the semester start, your Bethel student account will be charged for those All Inclusive / Digital Direct product(s) you have kept access to.

How do I opt-out of my All Inclusive / Digital Direct materials?

  • Before the 10th day of the semester start, go to RedShelf Solve and click "I want to opt out of all required materials for this course."
  • Type "Opt-Out" and select a reason from the dropdown menu. Note: If you choose to opt out, you are responsible for finding materials on your own. Prices will be higher and availability may be limited.
  • Recommended: Save a screenshot of your completed opt-out form for your records.
