How do I "charge" my books to my Bethel student account for financial aid to pay?

Easy, just click on the dropdown menu and choose "Bethel Student Charge."

What if I need another book after classes start or add a class?

Place another online order and wait for the notification that your order is completed and ready for pick-up.

What do I do with course materials, if I drop a class?

All textbook sales are final. The only exception is if you, the student, have dropped the class within the add/drop date and have initiated the return by that date.

What if I have a question about my course materials?

  • Send an email to: campus-store@bethel.edu
  • Stop in to ask your specific text-related questions between the times of 11 a.m.-Noon or 1-4 p.m. daily, beginning August 16, 2023.

What if I am unable to access my All Inclusive/Digital Direct materials?

  • Refer to your class syllabus for instructions.
  • Refer to the code the instructor has provided for your authorization.
  • Submit a request to RedShelfSolve.

Why do I have a charge on my account from the Campus Store for All Inclusive/Digital Direct?

Digital Direct is made available to you through a partnership and collaboration with your faculty member, the publisher, and the Campus Store. This collaboration allows your educational materials to be purchased at the lowest price available.

If you, the student, prefer to source your materials on your own, you must opt out of the All Inclusive / Digital Direct product(s) by the 10th day after the semester start. After the 10th day of the semester start, your Bethel student account will be charged for those All Inclusive / Digital Direct product(s) you have kept access to.

How do I opt-out of my All Inclusive/Digital Direct materials?

  • Before the 10th day of the semester start, go to RedShelf Solve and click "I want to opt out of all required materials for this course."
  • Type "Opt-Out" and select a reason from the dropdown menu. Note: If you choose to opt out, you are responsible for finding materials on your own. Prices will be higher and availability may be limited.
  • Recommended: Save a screenshot of your completed opt-out form for your records.
