Years Working in Food Service
Patty has over 25 years of experience in the food service industry. She started her career in the kitchen, holding positions ranging from Pastry chef to Executive Chef. The last 15 years have been in the Front of House including Catering Director and Operations Director at other Minnesota universities.
Education/Training
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Patty completed the Culinary Program at St. Paul College.
What she does at Bethel
Patty will assume the duties of Operations Manager, ensuring the Monson Dining Center, 3900 Grill, and Royal Grounds run smoothly working closely with the other managers.
In Her Free Time
She likes to travel. She is hoping to return to France soon. She will also be traveling to California now that her son and daughter-in-law have moved to Los Angeles. She also sews to relax.
Favorite Hobby
Cooking and laughing with friends. Since most of her friends are cooks, it's always a good time!
