Event Description
You’re invited to take part in an evening silent retreat just for Bethel alumni. You’ll learn how to dwell in the Word using Lectio Divina. After a short time of learning and practicing this prayer form, you’ll have the rest of the evening to enjoy luxurious quiet with God. This is a great first experience for those who’ve wanted to try a silent retreat.
The retreat will be facilitated by Christine Osgood ’94, S’10, acting chair of the Bethel University Department of Social Work, and founder of the Urban Retreat.
