Event Description

Stay connected. This is an important theme for Bethel University Basketball. On the floor, staying connected allows us to be at our best as a team defensively and enables us to use our strengths to make others better on the offensive end. Off the floor, staying connected involves holding each other accountable to becoming the men God has called us to be. The same should be true for our extended Bethel basketball family. Staying connected is vitally important as we journey to become the fathers, husbands, and community members we need to be. We invite you to come home once again and connect at our annual Alumni Day.

Schedule for the Day

10 a.m.| Alumni Games
Robertson Center Gym

Join in on the last few minutes of practice and then participate in our annual alumni games. Teams will be determined on site.

12:15 p.m. | Lunch
Hagstrom Center (HC) 241

All men's basketball alumni are invited for a time of food and fellowship. Free pizza and beverages will be available. You'll hear from Coach Novak about this year's team, and have an opportunity to share memories and stories from your time at Bethel.

3 p.m. | Game vs. Saint John's
Robertson Center Gym

Enjoy a fast-paced MIAC match-up with the Johnnies of Saint John's. Both the Johnnies and Royals were MIAC playoff teams in 2015 and were picked to finish in the top 4 for 2016. It should be a clash of perennial powers with playoff implications at stake.

As part of the half-time festivites, we would like to honor those alumni who were a part of the 1991 MIAC Playoff Championship Team on the Silver Anniversary of that accomplishment. If you were a part of that team and are able to join us on January 30, please RSVP to Assistant Coach Jed Moseman at jdm85349@bethel.edu.
