Event Description
This presentation will describe the results of a pilot study conducted last summer by Edgren Scholar Ashley Kollman and a team of five faculty researchers. The study tested the effectiveness of training intervention in producing intra-rater and inter-rater reliability among nursing faculty evaluating student performance in a simulation. The lessons learned inform best practices in high-stakes assessment and have shaped a nationwide, experimental control study currently being conducted.
